Projet GeoMin3D Project
La Chaire Industrielle Géomodèle Intégré 3D d'aide à l'exploration des géoressources, GeoMin3D, est un projet de recherche industriel dans le domaine des géoressources. Le projet regroupe des chercheurs académiques nancéiens et strasbourgeois avec Orano Mining (Orano) comme partenaire industriel. L’objectif du projet est une réorientation de la stratégie d’e l’exploration des gisements d’uranium géants (comprendre haute teneur/fort tonnage métal) du bassin de l’Athabasca et plus généralement de développer de nouveaux outils pour l’exploration des gisements d’uranium.
The Industrial Chair 3D Common Earth Model for resources targeting, GeoMin3D, is an industrial research project in the field of geo-resources. The project brings together academic researchers from Nancy and Strasbourg with Orano as an industrial partner. The objective of the project is a reorientation of the exploration strategy for giant uranium deposits (i.e. high grade / high metal tonnage) in the Athabasca basin and more broadly to develop new tools for the exploration of uranium deposits.
